No Refunds or Returns
At Kdrama and Chill, every item is handmade, designed, and packaged with care to bring your favorite K-Drama moments to life. Because of the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each product — from our K-Drama Journals, Stickers, and Tumblers to our Digital Downloads and Printable Art — is created on demand. Due to this made-to-order process, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in quality and packaging; however, accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
If your order was lost or delayed due to postal carrier error, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement when possible. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address.
