At Kdrama and Chill, every item is crafted with care and packaged by hand to bring your favorite K-Drama moments to life. We want your order to arrive safely and on time so you can start journaling, decorating, or sipping from your new K-Drama merch as soon as possible.
 

Processing Time

Each handmade item—such as our K-Drama journals, stickers, tumblers, and mugs—is made to order. Processing typically takes 1–5 business days before shipping. During busy seasons or shop promotions, please allow a few extra days for creation and packaging.
Digital products are available for instant download immediately after payment—no shipping required.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship primarily through USPS First Class and Priority Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our studio to your door.
Average delivery times:

• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, packaging, and destination. Occasionally, promotional offers or free-shipping events may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS first to open a claim, then reach out to us at kdramacompanion@gmail.com. We’ll gladly assist in tracking or replacing your order when possible.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email kdramacompanion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
