All items available at Kdrama and Chill are designed with care and passion for K-Drama fans. Our products include:

Handmade and made-to-order K-Drama Journals, Stickers, Tumblers, Mugs, and other fan merchandise
Digital Downloads and Printables for journaling, tracking, and fan collections

Because of the handmade and digital nature of our items, each product may vary slightly from images shown. Colors may differ depending on screen settings or print variations.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Handmade items are typically shipped within 7–10 business days, while digital products are available for instant download after payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

We currently ship within the United States (international shipping may be available upon request). Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — Kdrama and Chill is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of our handmade and digital products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

Digital Downloads

All digital products (such as printable K-Drama trackers, journals, or sticker sheets) are for personal use only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or modify any digital file for commercial use without written permission from Kdrama and Chill.
